Joselyn Luyiga

Joselyn has over ten years of professional experience in events management and office administration. She studied Business Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University and joined IMPA in October 2022.

As Office Manager, Joselyn is responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial administration of the Association. Her role includes maintaining accurate financial records across multiple platforms using Xero, preparing financial statements for annual audit and producing regular financial and budget reports for the Secretary General and the Executive Committee.

She also oversees expense approvals, membership invoicing, subscription monitoring, and the preparation of membership certificates.

In addition, Joselyn coordinates travel and logistics for the Secretary General and plays a central role in the planning and delivery of IMPA events, including Executive Dinners, the Annual Reception, and IMPA Congresses. She works closely with senior leadership to ensure the efficient operation of the Secretariat and the successful delivery of IMPA’s activities.
